5 Tips for Elevating Your Mood (Even When the World Feels Uncertain)
1. Wear some color! Even if you are a monochromatic, all dark color wearing person, add a pop of color for an instant feel-good shift. (I am loving all the neon colors right now, it just makes me happy.)
2. Reconnect with a friend who you haven’t talked to in years. Sometimes hearing someone’s voice from a happier time in your life can really alter your mood. Share laughs, tears, and reminisce on memories.
3. Get some Vitamin D. Take a walk outside or even grab a towel and a book. (And depending on what your city’s rules are, bring your mask) Let the sunshine melt any blues you have away!
4. Download new tunes or a new podcast. Right now, I am loving THE BRENDON SHOW podcast.
